Worry-Free™ Remote Manager Agent for Version 5.0 Available Early Q308
IMPORTANT!- Worry-Free Remote Manager support for Worry-Free™ Business Security Standard (upgrade of Client Server Security for SMB) and Advanced (upgrade of Client Server Messaging Security for SMB) will be available approximately one month after the new 5.0 products.
Planned availability dates:
- English WFRM v1.6 available by July 10, 2008
- French, Italian, German, Spanish WFRM v1.6 available by August 15 , 2008
Partners who wish to use Worry-Free Remote Manager to manage Worry-Free™ Business Security 5.0 customers (either new customers using Advanced or Standard, or customers upgraded from Client Server Security for SMB or Client Server Messaging Security for SMB 3.x) need to use the updated agent.
If partners upgrade their customers to Worry-Free Business Security 5.0 without installing the new Worry-Free Remote Manager agent, the 5.0 customers will NOT appear on the Worry-Free Remote Manager console.
